چکیده
The present work aimed at studying growth performance, carcass traits, and health status in broiler chicken-fed enzyme over a period of 4 weeks. A total 300 day-old Lohmann broilers were randomly assigned to five treatment groups, each with 3 replicates (20). T1, T2, T3 provided as 0.05 %, 0.1 0.15 % the enzyme. Whereas T4 T5 antibiotic control, respectively. results revealed no significant (P<0.05) difference feed intake (T4 - 2182.50bg T2 2227.00 abg) live weight (T5 1897.50a g T1 1790.50b). highest survivability percent was found supplemented group (T1, &T3- 100 %). Highest hemoglobin (T2 9.0 gm/dl), RBC (T2-3.9mill/cum), WBC (T1-14475 mill/cum), lymphocytes (T1 38.50 %), Monocytes 2.00 %) PCV (39.96 MCV 88.58), MCH 30.85 Pg) MCHC 32.80) enzyme-treated which is an indication good health. E. coli salmonella spp. count significantly lower birds fed diet descending order 0.5 level. Salmonella sp. E Coli also (p<0.05) higher control antibiotic. study demonstrate beneficial effects supplementing enzymes on body gain dressed yield treated groups chicken. An is, therefore, suggested be used alternative antibiotics chicken rations for profitability.

ABSTRACT- This study was designed to investigate the effects of adding different levels of date presscakes (DP), with and without enzyme supplementation (ES), on the ileal digestibility and growth performance of broiler. A completely randomized design containing 2 × 5 factorial arrangement of treatments (with and without enzyme supplementation and 5 levels of DP) was used. The enzyme complex co...
